Public bug reported:
The bug is present immediately on booting. I tried on Ubuntu Classic
mode also from login window. Login window is visible. After login, when
I want to run any application e.g. system update, office applications
etc, the window is never visible. If I click and open terminal window,
the latest window is visible. This window also gets invisible when I
operate further.
