If this ever got implemented, I would disable it. I'm not always on the window where I want to paste the selection. Quite often I predict that I want to paste something in a window, so before I switch to that window I select the text in my clipboard (which an implementation of this feature would paste in my current window, possibly messing things up). I can also think of a DoS by Glipper: imagine you have "rm -rf /\n" in your clipboard and you select that while a terminal is open as root and Glipper helpfully pastes it there instead of the IRC channel you wanted to paste it to. Not funny.
