It seems that first three letters of "chrome" was used as as language code. Because problem machine use "Firefox Sync" with various machines (included Firefox Mobile beta) and services.sync.prefs.sync.intl.accept_languages is "true", unexpected settings might have mingled with sync data. I re-installed 2011/04/23 daily-live, and set up Firefox Sync with new account.
