Dell Latitude D800 with GeForce4 Go 4200 Ti NV28 AGP8
This machine runs best video on the nvidia-glx drivers (Restricted). So upon a
clean install from the Desktop CD for Feisty (Released), I would expect the
Restricted drive to be downloaded by the manager if:
A. I try to turn on Desktop Effects and don't yet have acceleration turned on
through the restricted driver.
B. I try to enable the restricted driver through the manager.
Unfortunately, if the updating does not happen due to lack of
connection, or error, etc, the process does not error... It just says to
reboot and try to enable Desktop Effects again.
It should stop in its process if the download/install does not happen.

Feisty (Released) Desktop Effects should check to see if restricted drivers
have been downloaded and installed before the dialog to reboot and try again.
