I can't reproduce that behavior unfortunately, can you try to give some
concrete steps to this? (I have two maximized window, one of each
worskpace), and typing ctrl + alt + right to switch to the other ws: no
launcher appearance.
Also, a video with gtk-recordmydesktop can help.
