I experienced this once again on April 26 fully updated.
I don't experience this every time. I do use systray icons, this is how
my settings looks like:
['JavaEmbeddedFrame', 'Mumble', 'Wine', 'Skype', 'hp-systray',
'mail-notification', 'update-manager', 'update-notifier', 'empathy']
