I cannot reproduce this on current natty. Does it still happen to you?
If so, can you please copy&paste the output of these commands:
python -c 'from gi.repository import Gtk; print Gtk.IconSize.DIALOG'
dpkg -l gir1.2-gtk*|grep ^i
