Thanks for your bugreport.
Can you please try to use the cdrom upgrade method and enable "use
network" and attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade then? It can have
problems with the upgrade if only a cd is available, but with network
support it should generally work. So I'm curious about the logs (use the
"Add comment/Attachment link to attach the files as file attachments
please).
