Here is a work around for ya, use 10.10's bcmwl-kernal-source: http://packages.ubuntu.com/maverick/bcmwl-kernel-source
Remove the old one, and after you install the one from maverick be sure to hop on synaptic, find bcmwl-kernal-source again and goto "Packages > Lock Version" after you have found and highlighted it. This is to prevent any accidental upgrades back to natty's version which would once again break it. Once all is done you could restart, or just wait patiently for it to refresh and connect/supply nearest wifi locations.
