Binary package hint: evince
File -> Print...
There are General, Page Setup, Page Handling, Job, Image Quality
Every single option is remembered next time, except "Page Handling ->
Page Scaling".
This not only confuses the user with an inconsistent behavior and bad
Gnome experience, but most important it breaks his workflow and wastes
paper when the user is printing dozens of times.
