Upon further investigation it seems that your system partition which is
used for installing packages is full - from your df.txt file:

/dev/sr0                716638    716638         0 100% /cdrom
/dev/loop0              675328    675328         0 100% /rofs

We've updated usb-creator in Natty (11.04) to reserve some free space in
there to allow for performing system updates.  This is not a bug in the
man-db package so I'm setting the bug task to Invalid.  Thanks!
