I do mean the killswitch.
I will get the log files sometime soon.
I realised that its not that it doesn't remember, its just that if i leave it 
in the rfkilloff state then the system wouldn't shutdown. And by soft rebooting 
the kernel THAT made it not remember.
So for some reason having the rfkill state in off hangs shutdown.
I am going to reinstall natty tomorrow so I'll get the logs then.
