Public bug reported: This is from a post on the message board:
"I purchased a new wireless (via bluetooth) keyboard yesterday. I have a laptop that I want it to work with. I plugged in the bluetooth adapter that came with the keyboard/mouse combo, and it was recognized just fine. I added the mouse and keyboard just fine, and they both work, with one caveat: the Shift, Ctrl, Alt, and other "meta" keys (like the Windows key) do not work.
