I guess this is a packaging error :

tentative de remplacement de « /usr/share/gconf/schemas/3d.schemas », qui
appartient aussi au paquet compiz-extra-gnome"
Could not replace « /usr/share/gconf/schemas/3d.schemas » from compiz-
extra_0.3.6.1-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb because it already belongs to compiz-
extra-gnome ...
