Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
When trying to upgrade to Natty (11.04), pressing the "Upgrade" button
in the release notes dialog silently aborts the upgrade and returns to
the update-manager main window. This is due to restrictive permissions
(0700) on the APT archives directory (a remnant of using apt-offline, if
I remember correctly).
On the console, the following error message can be seen:
acolomb@pythagoras:~$ update-manager
