Thanks for your report. Could you try to describe what happened more
precisely? For example:
- How were you trying to install mysql? (update manager? apt-get?)
- How exactly did it fail? Did the update manager fully crash? Did it report
an error?
- Do you experience the same problem if you try to install mysql again? What
about if you try it using a different method?
- Can you install other packages without problems?
- Were you doing anything else at the time of the crash?
- Are you using the final release of Feisty?
