Binary package hint: metacity
Nautilus "hung" due to a huge copy-paste. This invokes the effect that
the "hanging" application greys out, untill it becomes respondent again.
**This is not the problem itself**
The new scrollhandle of such a "not responding" window keeps on top of
all other applications. See screenshot for an example.
