Public bug reported:
I wanted to upgrade from edgy to feisty, using adapt_manager.
when the upgrade-wizzard told me I had to download 1GB, I cancelled, and got
the alternate installation cd.
with that cd mounted I ran:
gksu "sh /cdrom/cdromupgrade"
but that crashes, saying:

File "/tmp/tmp.vaIFHw6404/DistUpgradeViewKDE.py", line 70, in update
self.progressbar.setProgress(percent)
AttributeError: KDECdromProgressAdapter instance has no attribute 'progressbar'
