I can confirm this bug. More precisely, installer fails to mount FreeBSD
partition (sda1), here are the last lines from /var/log/syslog:

/etc/cron.hourly)
Apr 30 11:22:43 ubuntu kernel: [ 1950.911527] EXT4-fs (sdb5): mounted 
filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: (null)

After deleting the partition installation works fine.
