I had the same issue with googletalk plugin on a 32 bit system. Caused a crash.
I looked into the script and found that this lines caused the crash. NSPLUGIN_DIRS=:/var/lib/flashplugin-installer export NSPLUGIN_DIRS nspluginwrapper -a -v -u I simply removed the link in /usr/lib/firefox/plugin and recreated it after the installation was done. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/773899 Title: package nspluginwrapper 1.2.2-0ubuntu9 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 139 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
