I had the same problem on a System76 lemu2 laptop installed with maverick at
the end of 2011-03
Group "man":
drwxrwsr-x 2 root man 4096 2011-04-13 08:01 /var/mail
I just heard another report of the same thing via irc on lucid, so
decided to reopen this.
Both of these are for postfix installs.
