I think I might be affected by the same bug. Last time my Dell XPS M1330 suspended, when I woke it up it resumed at first, but after a few seconds it stopped responding and went back to sleep mode despite being connected to AC power supply. I tried waking it up a few times more. It took about 4 tries before it finally worked as intented.
