Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: unity
If the Unity interface is in use, the X server fails to resume properly
after a suspend, and displays a series of black and white stripes
instead of the desktop. This *does not happen* if the traditional Gnome
interface (aka "Ubuntu classic") is used instead of Unity - in that case
resume works correctly.
Detailed information:
- Computer: Dell Latitude E6400 Laptop with Nvidia Quadro graphic card (Nvidia
driver installed)
- Ubuntu version: 11.04
- Affected package version: Unity 3.8.10-0ubuntu2
** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
