Public bug reported:
3 out of 4 times, starting the system at some point stops with the HD
led continuously on.
After about 10 seconds, the following message appears:
atax: softreset failed (where x can be either 1 or 3)
This message will keep appearing every 10 seconds or so. After some time
the recovery console appears.
