Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mobile-broadband-provider-info

When going through the mobile broadband wizard for a Vodafone UK dongle
on 'top up and go', it defaults to a username/password of 'web/web' and
an APN of 'ppbundle.internet'.

These don't work for a Huawei K3565 (and maybe other Vodafone PAYG
devices?) and it fails to connect. Setting the username/password to
blank and changing to APN to 'pp.internet', which were the default
values in 10.10, works.
