Public bug reported:
On my eeepc, the fan has been perpetually "on" since I did a fresh
install. The CPU never gets much higher than 15%. Seems to me it would
be dialing itself up or down. I've seen this mentioned during the Natty
beta with regard to the Thinkpad, but it looks like something that could
be affecting the ASUS eeepc as well.
