Public bug reported:

I can't do a clean shutdown, I always need to use
'Ctrl'+'Alt'+'SysRq'+REISUO to shutdown my computer but restart action
works fine.

Logs don't show any problem or notice about shutdown problems.

I attach the screen capture with the last messages of shutdown.

This problem isn't from now, I have this problem since ubuntu 9.04.
