It seems that apt-get changelog is fixed as of 1 April 2011
(1:1.3-1ubuntu2), but apt-get download is still missing. The patch adds
the "download" option to the `apt-get` completion.

** Patch added: "apt-get-download.patch"

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bash-completion/+bug/720541/+attachment/2105686/+files/apt-get-download.patch

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: bash-completion

In connection with the slimming down of shipped changelog files, new
functionality was added to apt version 0.8.9ubuntu2:

- apt-get changelog apt | grep 'apt-get changelog'
+   apt-get changelog apt | grep 'apt-get changelog'

- ideally bash-completions should allow tab completion for the new
- commands "apt-get changelog" and "apt-get download".
+ Tab-completion support is missing for "apt-get changelog" and "apt-get
+ download"

** Summary changed:

- Enable auto-completion for "apt-get changelog ..."
+ Enable auto-completion for "apt-get changelog" and "apt-get download"

** Tags added: patch
