Thanks all for your comments. There are more then 1 bug to fix here:
1. As soujaa noticed, the kubuntu frontend is broken. The user can select
Abidjan on the map but the time zone doesn't change to 'Côte d'Ivoire time' .
The map on the gtk front end or Ubiquity works correctly (even if Yamoussoukro
is not here).
2. On the GTK frontend, the user can select Abidjan on the map but it is not
proposed as a choice in the list when the first letters of the name are entered
3. The name of the country is wrong because it's 'Ivory Coast' even if the user
interface is in French
