Binary package hint: update-manager

The information dialog 'Ubuntu 11.04 Upgrade Available' (check-new-
release-gtk) must not be displayed when the user runs 10.10 from a Live
CD

TEST CASE:
1. Use a 10.10 ISO
2. Boot to a Live Session

Result:
After some time the dialog is displayed and proposes to upgrade to Natty.
