Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apt

When using apt-get or aptitude to install packages, download stops after
a while. Firefox is not responding when asked to go to an address but
waiting somehow - but without the "connection failed"-site. When
reactivating connection via network-manager apt is going on for another
while. Firefox finally shows the "connection failed"-site when network
is disconnected for short.

I got this error in the beta update as well as in the fresh install I
have here.
