Public bug reported:
There is an area in Unity Desktop which cannot be clicked or right-clicked or
even scrolled. even if any application is open that area still unclickable
either when I am using a web-browser or text editor or the Desktop its self. I
am not sure if this is an Xorg bug or Unity. but its kind of annoying.
if there is a button in that area that I want to click I have to move the
window away from the area so I can click. so its not related to any
application. please see photo.
