I can confirm this on Kubuntu Natty final. Not just Firefox 4, but also
Chromium and Google Chrome. Changing style did not help. Someone
mentioned somewhere (I can't remember) that this is due to backport of
GTK3 feature. This UGLY black handle only shows up on non-Gnome desktop.
