Good to know that 2.6.39 fixes the bug.

A couple of other details that might be useful to compare all those
Broadcom bugs:

lspci -k | grep Network --after-context 3
gives both the available driver and the one that is currently used.

lspci -vvnn | grep Network
gives the PCI Identification number, e.g. [14e4:4353]
