Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

I had Thunderbird installed before upgrading to Natty. I did not notice
whether the global menu was working or not after the upgrade.

After installing the Enigmail extension through Software Center I
noticed that the menu was missing. Tried uninstalling Enigmail, removing
Thunderbird, reinstalling Thunderbird + Enigmail with no result. The
only other extension I have installed is thunderbird-gnome-support.
Global menu works fine with all other applications including Firefox.
