Binary package hint: update-manager

Oneiric testing i386

since latest updated update-manager package (the one used), it cant be loaded 
from either:
system admin update-manager
or terminal
this happen on a standard installation (natty upgrade) with ubuntu-desktop 
installed but logged as "classic"

get this output:
