Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

Before switching to Unity, I had mod4 (Windows key) bound for various
actions, as they are on Windows (win+L lock, win+r run, etc.). gnome-
keybinding-properties still allows me to set these bindings, but they're
not actually fired as they keypresses are stolen by Unity.

That is, I can set "Lock screen" to Mod4+L, but pressing Mod4+L just
shows the Unity sidebar.
