Binary package hint: unity
I wasn't sure which package to file this under. I assumed it was unity.
reproduce:
1. open rhythmbox
2. open firefox
3. minimize rhythmbox to panel by clicking the close button
4. load a new page in firefox
5. without clicking on anything in firefox after loading the new page, restore
rhythmbox
result: firefox remains in the global menu despite rhythmbox being
restored
