Ok, so looks like hibernate on ethernet device (et131x) is working now then, perhaps just the connection/device turning off on hibernate makes the dsl router/device to drop the connection.
Can you try disconnect and reconnect from the network manager interface after resume and see if it dsl works again? Also does dsl connection work if after resuming, you remove and attach again the ethernet cable?
