Just did a full migrate from 10.10 to 11.04 and I have found the same error 
that you both were having I have re-tooled the packages to compensate for that 
error I can now confirm (at least on my machines and VM's) Network printing is 
now working 100%.

I can confirm that this is working also in a clean install of ubuntu
11.04 x64

you will have to delete and re-download the install script, and run
again.

      wget http://downloads.bkintegration.com/mp620-630/mp620-630x64inst

Please try again and report back.
