Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdebluetooth
When opening the "bluetooth" module for the first time after starting
the kde systemsettings program, it will popup a rather non-descriptive
error "DCOP error when calling services()". I do not have any bluetooth
hardware on my pc; the bluetooth module is installed by default on
kubuntu because it is part of kdebluetooth which in turn is a dependency
of the kubuntu-desktop package.
The error should either not happen/popup at all, or it should be more
descriptive (taking into account that it is installed by default on
every kubuntu system and as such there's a very real chance that no
bluetooth hardware or services are present at all).
