Public bug reported:
7.04 Alternate install with LVM seems to hang at partman running
vgchange -ay
What happens is that it take upto 3 mins to activate each vol group with
the message
Rendezvous timed out with udevd daemon: stat failed cannot stat
/dev/<volumegroupname>/<logicalvolumename.
This happens for every volgroup/logical volume. (This is a shared system with
FC6 and the LVM2 setup was
precreated by FC6.)
All the /dev/dm-X files /dev/<volgroup>/...
/dev/mapper/<volgroup>-<logicalvolume> stuff is created but it takes
a looooooooooooooooooooonng time so looks like an installer hang.
