@RedSingularity, apturl-kde is unrelated to the error, it is not even
installed on the system. It appears in the logs because the resolver
checks if it can be installed as an alternative to apturl which can't be
upgraded.

@Phil, it seems that the problem is with libnspr4 which has been
reintroduced in natty (libnspr4-0d as been renamed) and is holding back
essential packages. I haven't found the reason yet. A possible candidate
could have been libreoffice for maverick but all the packages have been
uninstalled. Could you double check though. I'll continue to
investigate.
