Binary package hint: rtmpdump

Availability: the package is already available in universe and is build for the 
architectures it is designed to work on.
Rationale: The package is a new build dependency of the latest curl package 
uploaded.
Security: There weren't any known security issues for the package in the past 
and there are not known security issues for the package.
Quality Assurance: The package is well maintained in Debian.
Dependencies: All the build dependencies are in main.
Standards compliance: The package doesn't appear to have major violations to 
the FHS and Debian Policy standards.
Maintenance: The package is a simple one.
Background information: The package builds three binary packages:

- rtmpdump: A small dumper for media content streamed over the RTMP protocol.
- librtmp0: A package containing the shared libraries and the header files 
needed to run programs using librtmp.
- librtmp-dev: Like librtmp0, but contains the development libraries.
