Just FYI: 0.9.8.4 is in the works as well in Debian. There are new libraries and extra testing going on (as well as some new packaging features). So if you sing to 0.9.8.2-2 now Ubuntu will automatically get 0.9.8.4 when it's uploaded to Debian.
