Public bug reported:

My system is Xubuntu Natty 11.04 64bit on Asus A6M laptop.
I settting my power management so as i need. I set the power-button-action
trough GUI from Menu/Settings/Setting/PowerManager to display the menu when
power button is pressed, but instead displaying the menu is the laptop shuting
down. This works fine on clear clear installation.

I create new account for investigating who is problem. I set the same rules (i
think) and on new account the power-button-action works ok. I then compare on
Setting Editor the values. On attribute power-button-action is the value 3 on
booth accounts. I here newer edit it manualy. Everytime only via GUI Power
Manager.
In attachment are screenshots from Setting Editor.
