Looking at the codec info, things seems to be ok at first sight. Just
noted that second capture control is off looking at
Card0.Amixer.values.txt, so just front mic would work in this case
comparing to the codec info, but as you reported both mic inputs are not
working...
But would be good to retest, in alsamixer go to the capture screen and
make sure both capture items are selected (press space to select, just
setting volume isn't enough), also try to change Input Sources there and
see if you are able to record.
If still you don't have success, then please attach here the contents of
/proc/asound/card0/codec#0 after suspend/resume (the working case), so
we can compare with non working Card0.Codecs.codec.0.txt and check if
this is a problem at codec setup level.
