The page shown on the screenshot is only accessible from our university network, and because I had some trouble finding another website that triggers this warning message, I created a simple html page and put it on my server. This page triggers this bug on my computer when I click the link. This page can be accessed at http://cripplefight.student.utwente.nl/bug89648.html . As mentioned above, this bug can also be triggered by dragging some link in a page. So this bug (I think this is the same bug, but I could be wrong) can also be reproduced by, for example, dragging the link to konqueror.png on this page, as shown in the attached screenshot.
I also did some more testing and it seems that this bug does not occur when the mouse isn't moved very fast.
