This bug is unreproducible following your instructions via the Terminal:
lowriter -nologo
type example -> highlight the words -> secondary click -> primary click
Paragraph... and notice no checkbox entitled "show initial" is found in
any of the tabs.
Could you please provide a screenshot of the checkbox that is causing
this problem?
