Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
Upgrading from Edgy to Feisty using the Alternate CD and the instructions here (http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/upgrading). First I got the "calculate" error (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/107881) when I did not choose to fetch updates from the Internet. When I tried again and did choose to fetch the updates, everything went smoothly until it started the installation of packages.
